We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, address, or phone number. The app is designed to control your Smart TV without requiring any personal user data.

2. Local Network Access (Wi-Fi)

To function as a remote control, the app requires access to your local Wi-Fi network. This access is used exclusively for the purpose of communicating with your Smart TV. This includes:

• Scanning and discovering compatible TVs on your network.
• Sending control signals (power, volume, navigation) to your TV.

We do not collect, monitor, or record any data transmitted over your local network for any other purpose.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for functional purposes:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers to personalize ads.
• Google Play Billing: Used to process subscription payments securely. We do not see or store your billing details.
• Firebase: Used for crash reporting and basic analytics to improve app stability.

4. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, Google Play handles the transaction. We only receive a status token (active/expired) to unlock Premium features.

5. Advertising

Free version users will see ads from Google AdMob. You can manage personalized ad settings in your Android device's "Privacy" or "Google" menu.

6. Security

We prioritize your privacy and use commercially acceptable means to protect your device's connection. However, please ensure your local Wi-Fi network is secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

8. Data Deletion

Since we do not collect personal accounts or private user data directly, there is no specific data to delete. To stop all data interaction, simply uninstall the app and manage subscriptions in the Google Play Store.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We recommend checking this page periodically.
